About the Role:

As a Team Leader in Sales, you will oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets. Your role will include coaching, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a supportive and goal-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals.

• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing actionable feedback.

• Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Act as a role model by demonstrating exceptional sales and leadership skills.

• Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and outcomes.

• Has proven experience in sales and leadership roles.

• Is goal-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Speaks Swedish or Danish fluently (required).

• Speaks English fluently (advantageous but not required).

• Has excellent communication and motivational skills.
