About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers over the phone, ensuring strong business relationships, and driving both short- and long-term revenue growth. You'll be part of a high-energy, ambitious team that works toward both individual and group goals every month.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow and take on more responsibility in the future. We are seeking driven professionals with the hunger to excel and the potential to evolve within the company.

While an interest in finance is a plus, it’s not a requirement—we provide comprehensive on-site training to equip you with everything you need to succeed. What matters most is that you are goal-oriented, self-sufficient, and fluent in Swedish.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Italian or Swedish (mandatory)

• Previous sales experience and/or leadership

• Degree in Finance/Economics is a plus but not required

• Confident communicator who can engage with all types of people

• Goal-oriented & motivational leader

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

• A passion for building client relationships and closing deals
