About the Role:

As an Customer service agent, you will tasked in helping solving problems & helping people with an excellent service. You will be joining a young team on-site with the possibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contact potential customers via phone and email

  • Present and sell our service in a professional and convincing manner

  • Build and nurture customer relationships through follow-up and support

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Manage and develop the clients marketing

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is service-minded

  • Is a problem solver

  • Has strong communication skills

  • Speaks and writes fluently in the specific language

  • Speaks English fluently (advantageous but not required)

  • Is positive, high stress tolerance, and enjoys working in a team
