About the Role:

As a Sales Agent, you will engage with potential customers over the phone—individuals who have already expressed interest in learning how to invest. Your role will be to guide them through the registration process and help them get started on our investment platform.

While an interest in finance is a plus, it’s not a requirement—we provide comprehensive on-site training to equip you with everything you need to succeed. What matters most is that you are goal-oriented, self-sufficient, and fluent in Swedish.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, motivated, and competitive team working toward both collective and individual goals each month. We also run weekly and daily competitions with exciting prizes to keep you engaged and motivated!

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Swedish (mandatory)

• Previous sales experience is an advantage

• Degree in Finance/Economics is a plus but not required

• Confident communicator who can engage with all types of people

• Customer-focused, proactive, and resilient

• Thrives under pressure and enjoys working towards targets
