About the Role:

As a Travel Care Consultant, you'll support travelers abroad with real-time assistance over the phone. From helping find a hospital to rebooking flights — you'll be part of a team that truly makes a difference.
This is a non-sales, non-complaints role focused on first-class service.

What You'll Do:

• Receive incoming calls from travelers needing help

• Offer guidance about insurance, travel, and health services

• Coordinate with insurance partners

• Help customers feel safe and cared for during their trip

Who You Are:

• Experience in tourism or customer service preferred

• Bonus: medical knowledge (e.g., nursing background)

• You speak fluent English and your native language

• A team player who’s also independent, positive, and solution-oriented
